what do you think?
okay so i went to this store called lush its a storer that makes all organic soaps and stuff for showering and i asked if they had anything for dreads and they showed me this cream they had called r&b its suppose to be mad out of nothing but oils from plants and fruits and things like that that helps the dreads lock better its not wax its cream do you think its safe? i put it on one of mines and it seemed to make it alittle stronger would you trust it?
yeah ima start going to the beach more
ah that explains it i was guessing 1/2 black but the hair didnt seem right so yea u would want to treat it more like caucasian hair wanting tio dry it out instead of moisturize so swim in the ocean or sea salt sprays..and time
yeah she understands she doesnt mind much she just ask if theres anything else i can do so she could help me out and thats true my hair is weird its like in the middle between those to hair styles (im puerto rican)
if u control frizz u slow progress
speed up progress to get less frizz slowly if your hairs more caucasian sea salt sprays will help if more african u can control frizz easier by using aloe which will moisturize abd tame friizz
but a wool tam hides the frizzand helps em dread
mom will have to understand dreads go throoufh a messy stage before they look like proper dreads
just takes time
mature is anywhere rrom 1-2 years usualy 1
when they settle down and behave more consistently
and would it be okay if i started blunting the tips? how often should i wash them?
more or less how long do you think it will take for them to start maturing?
actualy looking at youir hair type u might wanna use jojoba or something if they get real dry..but minumaly cause i dont think your hairs as dry as most right
u could probly get away with a frew drops in your wash once a month as needed till theyre mature then lil more if needed
thanks bro i almost bought it for nothing i posted pics of my dreads idk if you saw it but yeah there still very frizzy is there anything i can do to clean it up alil more my mom doesnt want them to messy
it does have a wax in it and jojoba and bay leaves its for african american hair that needs exrtra moistu=re.. wouldnt advise for dreads cause of the wax..jojoba is amazing but if u use too much even tbats hard to remove
id skip it theres better things u can make yourself
