Welcome. Don't bother palm rolling, though. It does more damage than good. If you see any progress from it, you are doing it too hard and in a year you will see how it destroyed your roots. It doesn't show right away, but when they grow out, it really becomes obvious. Check out my video on palm rolling
wouldnt bother palkm rolling .. it either does nothing at all (nothing permenant at least) or if u do it alot can weaken the roots and even cause dread losss in extreme cases
