i wouldnt conciderr ocean water "washing" but the ocean helps emj dread kike crazy but its no substitute for actual washing in fact id wash within a few hours of being in the oceanthe ocean is basicly the worlds tiolet after all

its cause every hair u fix by crochet breaks more hairs so you make a low maintenance style very high maintenance and they need constant repair forever making them weaker and weaker also makes them way too tight and stiffyea just do nothing unfortunately all the damage u did will make them extra fuzzy for awhile but then they will recover and go back to normal..but all dreads have frizz theres never any reason to fix it just ignore it only u notice it cause u look at em too close..step back from the mirror and the fuzz disapearsthe only maintenance dreads ever require is washing and seperating..nothing else

welco9me but umm crochet will MAKE DREADS FRIZZY every hair u fix u break dozens more and u have to repair them forevcer..u should never ever crochet dreads but since u only have a couple months if u throw away the hook now u will recover but u ewill go thru an extra fuzzy recovery period because odf all the massive dammage u didd by backcombing way too tight then crochetingjust stop it all just wash and seperate and nothing else they will recover thenglad u joined usnamaste
