i appreciate the rant and i believe yourtheories are correct, my oily oily skin, i hate letting that hair get around my face it just gets so messy so i usually bobby pin it, which is another reason it's not dreading ^.^
Yea that hair up front can be stubborn, I'm goin on 15 months natural and some of the front is just loose hair. It get's frustrating then I just tell myself......why? what's the hurry it will happen. I get so obsessed with looking at the progress though lol. It's like everytime i'm in the bathroom i'm starein in the mirror checkin them out. Just recently I tried to not look at them for a week.... well i didnt last that long hehebut i did last about 5 days and it's cool cause after that short period I noticed alot of progress! I think I've been touchin them to much, the ones i can't see and don't touch as much def. do better it seems. my theories for the hair up front being so stubborn are1. touching to much2. my facebeing oily so it kinda keeps the hair oily and keeps itfrom locking and3. you don't sleep on the front as much so it dont lock as quick. Thats the theories i've come up with not sure if any are correct but seem to be in my case. man i can blab sometimes lol
thanks! there's only like 5 people I know that's dreading i live in a really small town and it's always good to get feedback on this site, keeps me going but yeah i'm happy with what's going on no t+r for me, my mind likes to wander though..i got no reason to be in any hurry all i have is time
I think they look great... but it's all about what you want. Your hair will go through so many different stages and it's fun and so interesting to just take each one in. Maybe if you are curious with TnR just do one like that and see how you like it? If not, you could always comb it out... but I think what you've got going on right now looks quite well
If you TnR it, you'll regret it. Mine are fully mature, and I miss that messy stage. I'm sure you'll feel the same in a few years. So why give in to an impulse now, when you may regret it later
I go back and forth between letting it be and wanting to do something about it, just gotta smack myself. thanks for being a supporter of my head, love <3
aww thanks for the comment very encouraging
2+ years and still loose hair up front and on the sides and random spots throughout. hummm.... maybe next year
