i just purchased some for the first time and i was wondering if you have a section of hair knotting up and slip the beat in will it help that section of hair lock up quicker? and do you just slip em in?
Beads tend to act like mini imitation knots. Once you've got some knots forming, other follow. So beads do promote knotting. If you can slip it on, great. You may need to use a bit of tread to get it through. Just make a loop and slip it through the hole. Then loop it around your lock and pull it back through the bead.
You don't want them too tight, or they will get stuck, and make weak spots. They should be tight enough to stay, but loose enough to move around once in a while
perfect thanks!
