yea u can rince wsweat daily as long as it dries the acv will condidtion some so isuse very lil rinse right away u did rinse the baking soda b4 using acv? u dont want to pour the acv on till u rinse out the bs
sweats basicly salt water great for dreads but depending on how crappy your diet is can contain all sorts of tioxic crap and start to stink so u wanna rinse or wash it out if your vegg or vegan and stear clear of processed junk then its more pure alt water and still wanna rinse it but shouldnt stink
bandanas on if not to tight and u let them hang freee just as much
try the baking soda with no acv go to the ocean now and then
you can find sea salt idf u look its superior for cooking too so try gourmet shops
u dont need it tho u can do without
nmost important is start to space out the washings if u wash daily wash every other day a week then every 3 days till u cah =n go 3-4 without being oily
theme twa sprayed on or added and left on will help too
how do you wash now and with what? switcxh to the baking soda and sea salt no acv and it will stop being sio oily but wah 1 day less often till you can wash only 1-3 times a wwek without getting oily

washing too much with soap makes u oily
