yea but u should at least do a weak acv rinse after (get dfrom any market) to restore a healthy ph the oils are optional but treat dandruff u can fi d em easy
justr leavgfe em alone let em dread spray with a sea salt spray every so often (weekly or so)
but rinse it out after 2 hours mkax
welcome take those rubber bands off right away

it can cause severe problems so get every 1 of them out right away
