my ears and nose are the only piercings i have left lol... i havent worn contacts in a long time so i was stoked to get these for halloween this year

most long hairt care sites recomend it i saw 1 pool head site that said its not good maybe cause chlorine already altered the ph and baking soda made it worse they did recomend the acv so im guessing that is whyive used nothing but for about 2 years oe more now and my scalps never been so happy

what vid was that im betting it was jonny cleans after we proved that it workes way better then his shampoosbaking soda is a alkaline substance that when in water degrades into gasses it eats away dirt and dead skin like nothing else can (the rinse water will be brown even if u washed with shampoo seconds ago thats how much better it works) now the alkaline nature changes the ph so its dry so after the bs u rince then u do an apple cider vinager rince to condition a d restore ph and acv being a weak acid removes oil and residues so bs removes dirt acv oils the combo leaves hair very clean very healthy very happy soft and nice u can add herbs like teatree and rosemary of dandruff thyme for oiliness jojoba or shae for conditioning u can customize it to your hairs needs

oh..and the bakimng soda if your scalps in bnad shape cam tibgle intencely but afterwards will feel much better the herbs help too but the more u use emj the more they help u might not get total relief the 1st few times but will get better over time with more use
